We ship worldwide (excluding some countries).

Orders are shipped from UK / EU / US, depending on your location and inventory availability (which helps to avoid any unwanted customs fees).

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (except in some cases), so you can follow your order’s journey every step of the way.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the quantity/weight of items in your order.

In some cases, your package may be subject to customs or duties fees, which are determined by your local customs authority. Please note that The Jazz Hop Café is not responsible for these charges, and we cannot estimate these costs in advance.

If your item is faulty or you are unhappy with it, we accept refunds within 30 days of purchase, but unfortunately we can't accept exchanges for different sizes. Please check the size chart attached to each clothing product before purchase. To request a refund please contact us.
