“Shiki” means the four seasons in Japanese - spring, summer, autumn, and winter. This EP was inspired by an old Japanese folktale called “Uguisu Choja,” where four storehouses each hold a different seasonal world inside.
 
I grew up in Hokkaido, a place where you can truly feel the changing of the seasons. It’s something I’ve always found deeply beautiful, and I’m grateful to have experienced life in such an environment.
This EP is a reflection of those seasons, an expression of the beauty and gratitude I carry with me. - kf13
